Due to software being a digital sale, ALL payments made for credits are considered non-refundable.

In the event of any issues with files that we are unable to resolve, credits for those files will be reimbursed to your credit balance.

Uploading files requires credits on your account, and any file requests processed by an engineer will incur charges once the file has been processed and returned. If incorrect files are uploaded or if the correct options are not selected, resulting in the need for reprocessing by an engineer, additional charges will apply.

It is important to ensure that the correct file is uploaded and the appropriate options are selected to avoid additional charges.

We do not provide support for failures of cloned tools, and while all files provided are deemed safe for your engine, we do not accept responsibility for any damages incurred.

All files are programmed at your own risk, and it is highly recommended to conduct thorough health checks on all engine parameters before proceeding with tuning.
